Everything that can be done outside the lines by Vol Nation to beat the Florida Gators for the first time in 11 years.
#FloridaHateWeek Checklist
Host College Gameday
The Vols will be featured on College Gameday for the second time this season. Kirk Herbstreit and the boys were at the Battle at Bristol but now they take the crew to Knoxville.
This will be the 9th time Tennessee has hosted Gameday in Knoxville and the 21st time they’ve been apart of the ESPN feature.
Dating back to 1995, Tennessee is 8-12 when being apart of College Gameday.
Checker Neyland
The last time Florida visited Knoxville was when Checker Neyland was created. The problem is, when Tennessee fans have color coordinated the stadium, it hasn’t worked out on the field.
A loss to the Gators in 2014, 9-10, and Oklahoma, 31-24 2OT, last season have this year’s Florida game even more of a must win.
Saturday. It’s BACK.

Wear Smokey Grey Uniforms
Once Tennessee signed with Nike during the 2015 offseason, the new smokey grey uniforms have been a fan favorite. Last season, team 119 wore them against Georgia and pulled off a 38-31 come from behind victory. We will find out this year if the Vols alternate will bring team 120 the same amount of luck.

Mess with Florida’s quarterback
You could say that Luke Del Rio got lucky when he injured his knee this past Saturday against North Texas. Del Rio is officially ruled OUT vs the Vols, so in steps former Purdue starter Austin Appleby.
Appleby has already started to be tormented by #VolTwitter
First, it was the GoFundMe page trying to raise $3,000 for Appleby’s funeral (was later taken down)

Next, it was Vols fans finding old tweets that Appleby would regret. This one surfaced from 2011.
