After a solid start to November, I took a step back last week by going 3-4 with my game picks. My record on the year now stands at 43-39.
It’s going to take a miracle these final three weeks to get to a 75 percent success rate for the season. There’s basically no room for error. I have to be perfect. I’m confident I can do this….maybe (probably not).
Last week, I foolishly picked Vanderbilt to cover against Florida. That was dumb. I also picked Alabama to beat LSU. Not as dumb, but dumb.
Picking South Carolina to beat Appalachian State also turned out to be unwise. I shouldn’t have doubted the little school that could from Boone. They’ve been solid this season.
Anyway, marching on to week 12. Every game on the slate this weekend is a SEC matchup, so it should be a fun Saturday for folks in the south.
Here’s what I have for this week.
- Alabama 41 Mississippi State 10 (Alabama -17.5)
- Florida 35 Missouri 6 (Florida -7)
- Kentucky 27 Vanderbilt 13 (Kentucky -10)
- Georgia 31 Auburn 24 (Georgia -3)
- LSU 48 Ole Miss 10 (LSU -21.5)
