Former Tennessee Vols head coach Butch Jones has been on the receiving end of a lot of jokes since joining Alabama’s staff as an analyst in early 2018.
The jokes intensified when Crimson Tide head coach Nick Saban referred to Jones as an “intern” during a press conference at Alabama’s Pro-Day a couple of years ago.

With Jones entering his third season on Alabama’s staff as an intern/analyst, it’s no surprise that the jokes keep coming.
SEC Network talkshow host Paul Finebaum, a graduate of Tennessee, was recently in Knoxville and couldn’t resist the opportunity to make a joke at Jones’ expense.
Finebaum said he’s spoke with Butch recently, because he was taught to always be kind and helpful to interns.

I usually don’t give Finebaum much credit, but he knocked it out of the park here.
