Former Tennessee Vols running back Alvin Kamara is a freak of nature.
Vols fans know it. New Orleans Saints fans know it. The SEC knows it. The NFL knows it.
But somehow we all have still managed to underestimate just how athletic the Georgia native truly is.
Check out this clip of Kamara rehabbing a non-major injury that he sustained during the 2018 season.
@A_kamara6 I’m running out of ways to challenge you my guy 😂 It’s incredible how much you have progressed over the last 6 weeks!@HECOstix @Saints @TheSaintsWire @espn @NFL @ESPNNFL @JeffDuncan_ @LarryHolder @MikeTriplett @houseofhighligh @barstoolsports @nflnetwork pic.twitter.com/VMFCxzNF2J

That’s truly unbelievable. I don’t think I could even stand on an exercise ball, let alone catch HECO stix while maintaining my balance. Unreal.
The former Tennessee standout, who turns 24 this summer, has absolutely lit up the NFL during his first two seasons in the league.
In 31 career games, Kamara has rushed for 1,611 yards and caught 162 passes for 1,535 yards. He’s scored 32 total touchdowns (including a kick return).
It’s still unbelievable that Kamara was only a third round draft pick, but that’s the type of influence Butch Jones had on the UT football program.
It’s alright though, Kamara is certainly having the last laugh.
