Welcome into ‘Sode No. 42 of the Titan Up Podcast: Emergency Guest Jim Wyatt & Pro Bowl Snubs!

So long, 9-7! The Titans picked up their 10th win of the 2020 season in an impressive offensive performance at home against the Detroit Lions. This is the first time since 2008 that the Titans have won 10 games in a season.

Derrick Henry has done it again. Henry’s devastating stiff arm made national news once again as he shoved Lions rookie Alexander Myers into the grass at Nissan Stadium. Henry balled out rushing for 147 yards and a touchdown against the Lions. Darrynton Evans also provided a spark late in the game.

It happened, everybody! Adoree Jackson FINALLY returned to the lineup making his season debut against Detroit on Sunday. The Titans get an extremely important piece to their defense back at just the right time.

Marcus Mariota made an appearance on last week’s Thursday Night Football with the Raiders. And he looked pretty good. Titans fans can rest assured with the feeling of closure after witnessing MM8 on national television.

This week, we are joined by Emergency Gust Jim Wyatt! Jim helps us make sense of the Pro Bowl snubs, who the Titans match up the best with in the playoffs, and what the team can do, if anything, to shore up the pass rush with the postseason just two weeks away.

After the interview, we discuss why the Pro Bowl really doesn’t matter and even have a couple of theories as to why voters did what they did.

As is tradition, we wrap up the ‘Sode with Remember the Titans and What’s Next: Green Bay Packers edition.
