The Tennessee Vols offered an extremely impressive 2021 athlete from Tacoma, WA on Monday.
Julien Simon, 6-foot-2/215 pounds, tweeted that Tennessee officially extended a scholarship offer to him.

Simon also has offers from Colorado, Oregon, Utah and USC.
The Washington native, who will be a sophomore in high school this upcoming season, already looks like he could be a beast of a running back in the SEC.
In his highlights, he mostly lines up at wide receiver. But I imagine college programs will be looking at him as a running back or a linebacker (think Derrick Henry).
Tennessee is smart to get in early on Simon — he’ll likely be one of the most coveted recruits in the 2021 class.
In fact, Alabama is already making a move for the talented athlete. The Crimson Tide hosted him on a visit this past weekend.

This should be a fun recruiting battle to watch over the next couple of years.
The way Jeremy Pruitt and the Volunteers are recruiting right now, you certainly have to think Tennessee will be a major factor for Simon.
