Just because a player is committed to another school, doesn’t mean Tennessee Vols head coach Jeremy Pruitt isn’t going to be in hot pursuit.
For example, the Vols offered 2020 four-star Clemson commit Walker Parks this week.

Parks, 6-foot-5/265 lbs from Lexington, KY, is rated in 247Sports’ composite rankings as the No. 3 player in the state of Kentucky and the No. 35 offensive tackle in the nation.
The Kentucky native committed to Clemson shortly after taking an official visit in late October.
While it’s easy to see why the Vols are targeting Parks (they need all the offensive line help/depth they can get), it’s hard to see them flipping him from Clemson (you know, the national championship win and all).
But Pruitt has proved to be a relentless recruiter. And if he’s able to get Parks on campus, anything could happen.
