Seeing the Tennessee Vols in the top five for an elite recruit is becoming commonplace these days.
Tennessee found out on Wednesday that 2019 four-star linebacker Henry To’oto’o has the Vols among his top five schools.

To’oto’o, 6-foot-2/230 pounds from Concord, CA, is rated in 247Sports’ composite rankings as the No. 5 player in the state of California and the No. 2 outside linebacker in the nation.
The California native took an unofficial visit to Tennessee in mid-June.
It obviously won’t be easy for the Vols to pull To’oto’o out of the state of California, but it appears that Tennessee is firmly in the mix for the talented linebacker.
To’oto’o seemed to enjoy his visit to Tennessee during the summer, telling 247Sports “I just loved the whole atmosphere down there”.
Early playing time will likely be attractive to To’oto’o. If the Vols can put together a winning season under Jeremy Pruitt in year one, it wouldn’t shock me to see them land To’oto’o and other elite players.
