Longtime Tennessee Vols commit LeDarrius Cox, a three-star defensive tackle from Mobile, AL, signed with the Ole Miss Rebels on Wednesday.
Former Vol commit LeDarrius Cox flips from Tennessee to Ole Miss on signing day

Cox originally committed to the Vols last April.
The Alabama native, who is rated by 247Sports as the No. 23 player in the state of Alabama and the No. 49 defensive tackle in the nation, was firm in his commitment to the Vols throughout the 2018 season and off-season.
Because of Cox’s strong commitment to Tennessee, it seems likely that Jeremy Pruitt and his staff simply decided to pass on the 6-foot-5 defensive lineman.
Trust the process‼️‼️

Either way, Cox not signing with Tennessee is hardly a surprise. While he remained committed to the Vols throughout the process, recruiting analysts continually speculated that he wouldn’t be part of UT’s 2019 recruiting class.
That speculation has now come to fruition.
