Harrison Bailey, a 2020 four-star quarterback who is committed to the Tennessee Vols, is going to be a college football star.

That’s not hyperbole, either. I truly believe Bailey could be Tennessee’s first ever Heisman winner.

Bailey, who will likely be rated as a five-star recruit by the time his high school career is finished, has everything a college program could want in a quarterback. He has a big arm, prototypical size and exceptional accuracy.

Ah yes, the accuracy. That’s what’s really special about Bailey.

Check out the touch he displayed on a couple of end zone throws at the Elite 11.

The wide receiver wasn’t able to complete the catch, but Bailey put the ball where only his guy could catch it. And that ball was very catchable.

Here’s another impressive pass from Bailey where the catch is actually made.

Again, perfect ball placement from the Vol commit.

The only knock on Bailey is that he isn’t very mobile (247Sports described him as a “stationary thrower”). But I don’t think it would be wise to hold his lack of mobility against him.

Bailey’s arm and accuracy, along with his natural abilities as a leader, are what’s going to make him a star.
