Jeremy Pruitt and the Tennessee Vols continued their recruiting hot streak by landing a commitment from 2019 three-star athlete Aaron Beasley on Sunday.
Beasley, a 6-foot-1/220 pound safety/running back from Franklin, GA, is Tennessee’s second commitment of the weekend (four-star cornerback Anthony Harris committed on Friday).
With Beasley’s commitment, the Vols now have ten commits to their 2019 recruiting class, which is currently ranked No. 16 in the nation.

After committing to Tennessee, Beasley spoke with 247Sports and his words were something we’ve been hearing from numerous recruits during this recruiting cycle.
Beasley told 247Sports of his commitment to the Vols “I like the vibe up there”, while adding “I feel like Coach Pruitt and the coaching staff are going to change things around up there. It just feels at home up there.”
Nearly every recruit who has spoke positively about Pruitt has echoed those same sentiments. It’s clear — not just from Tennessee’s commitment list — that recruits are absolutely loving what Pruitt is bringing to Rocky Top. Nearly every recruit that visits Knoxville thinks Pruitt will do great things there. Even if the Vols don’t land all of their targets, they’re obviously making an impact on them.
Tennessee is the mix for players they wouldn’t be in the mix for a year ago.
And that’s 100 percent thanks to Pruitt and his staff.
Recruits see the ins and outs of a multitude of programs during the recruiting process. For the most part, they know a good thing when they see it.
It’s obvious they see something great in Jeremy Pruitt at Tennessee.
