A week ago at this time, the Tennessee Titans’ season looked like it was on the brink of destruction.
After going 3-1 to start the season, the Titans had lost three straight games. Two of their losses (to the Ravens and the Bills) were extremely ugly. The other loss (to the Chargers) was the result of a questionable decision by Mike Vrabel to go for two at the end of regulation, instead of the tie to force overtime.
Another loss this past week could’ve sent the Titans into a tailspin.
But instead, Tennessee came out and made a statement after their bye week, knocking off the Dallas Cowboys on the road in front of a national audience on Monday Night Football.
The Titans have another tough test this week — they’ll host the AFC East leading New England Patriots in Nashville.
I had one of my best weeks of the year picking games last week, going 9-3 (I somehow forgot to pick the Thursday night game). My record on the season is now 82-51.
Here’s what I have for this week.
