NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Tired of paying ridiculous amounts for concessions at Tennessee Titans games? The team has a solution for you.
On Sunday, Oct. 6, before the Titans’ Week 5 game against the Bills, Nissan Stadium will launch the “TitanUp Happy Hour” program, which will run from when the stadium gates open at 10 a.m. up until 45 minutes before kickoff at 11:15.
During these 75 minutes, fans will be able to purchase hotdogs for $1 and 12 oz. cans of either Bud Light or Miller Light for just $5 at any “Classic Hits” concession locations on the main concourses.
The discounts will also be available to those sitting in the club sections at “TN General Store” locations.
According to a press release from the Titans, they are launching this program to incentivize fans to enter the stadium early.
For now, the promotion is set only for this Sunday’s game. However, the Titans “are looking at incorporating it and other promotions in future games to encourage fans to get in the gates early,” per team publicist Kate Guerra.
The initiative makes sense since Nissan Stadium has become somewhat notorious among Titans fans for having clogged entry gates as kickoff approaches.
To further incentivize early entry, a face painting station, and games such as cornhole and giant Jenga will be open throughout the main concourse before kickoff.
Titans vs. Bills is set for a noon kickoff.
