Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel has reportedly finalized his coaching staff.

According to a release from Titans Online, Vrabel hired his final three assistants on Tuesday.

Here’s how the Titans’ coaching staff will look for the 2018 season.

  • Offensive coordinator: Matt LeFleur
  • Quarterbacks: Pat O’Hara
  • Offensive Line: Keith Carter
  • Wide Receivers:  Rob Moore
  • Running Backs: Tony Dews
  • Tight End: Arthur Smith

  • Defensive Coordinator: Dean Pees
  • Defensive line: Terrell Williams
  • Inside Linebackers: Tyrone McKenzie
  • Outside Linebackers: Shane Bowen
  • Defensive Backs: Kerry Coombs
  • Special Teams Coordinator: Craig Aukerman

Aukerman previously served as a special teams assistant with the Titans. Vrabel promoted him to special teams coordinator last week. Smith, who is also being retained, has been the Titans’ tight ends coach for the last three seasons (he’s been with the team since 2011).

Vrabel is also retaining Steve Watterson as the Titans’ strength and conditioning coach. Watterson has been with the franchise since 1986.

Now that Vrabel’s staff is complete, I have to admit I’m pretty impressed.

Vrabel went out and made two excellent hires at the coordinator positions, while bringing in a wealth of experience with his position coach hires.

The only assistants on the Titans’ staff with less than 10 years of coaching experience are Bowen, McKenzie and Smith.

Bowen was previously a defensive assistant with the Texans, while McKenzie got his coaching career started last season as an assistant special teams coach with the Rams.

McKenzie, who played in the NFL for four seasons, spent two years with the New England Patriots (2009-10), but he wasn’t a teammate of Vrabel’s.
