It’s said often, it’s always something with Tennessee Football. Tuesday, that something is a change at starting quarterback.
After struggling through the first give games of the season, it has been reported by VolQuest that junior quarterback Quinten Dormady has been benched in favor of redshirt freshman Jarrett Guarantano ahead of Saturday’s game against South Carolina.
Now, Dormady is contemplating his future in Knoxville.

The future for Dormady won’t be an easy decision to make. It’s known that his future father-in-law has a deep relationship with head coach Butch Jones that goes back to their college days.
A “love-triangle” has officially been formed.
Dormady did take part in practice Tuesday afternoon.

As for the new starter in Guarantano, Jones knew something had to change with the offense that can be described nicely as “sluggish” the last two games. It’s no secret that Butch Jones is coaching for his job. Now, maybe, he can sell the future of Guarantano to keep him around if the young QB shows promise.
