Before National Signing Day 2018 was complete, Jeremy Pruitt and the Tennessee Vols coaching staff were already hard at work on the 2019 recruiting class.

But now that National Signing Day is officially behind us, Pruitt and his assistants can put their full focus on next year’s recruiting class.

Pruitt told fans at signing day celebrations across the state this week that Tennessee’s recruiting class in 2019 would be “right at the top”.

The state of Tennessee has a lot of solid in-state talent in next year’s recruiting class that should help make Pruitt’s promise a reality.

But the Vols won’t just focus on in-state talent, there’s plenty of talent in Georgia and surrounding states that Tennessee will hope to land.

In order for the Vols to have a top ten recruiting class next year, these are the 10 players I think they have to land.
