Two American professional basketball players, including former Vol J.P. Prince are stranded in the Middle East.

Iran decided to ban U.S. citizens from entering it’s country after President Trump signed the executive order banning refugees and citizens from Iran and six other Muslim-majority countries.

Prince and former Texas A&M player Joseph Jones are now stuck in Dubai, unable to travel back to Iran with their professional basketball team, according to the agent for both players Eric Fleisher.

“It’s a real hardship,” Fleisher told The Vertical.

However, Prince posted on his personal Facebook page pictures and a video of him “vacationing” in Dubai.

J.P. Prince Updates Status in Dubai

The team was in Dubai on a team-funded vacation. It seems like J.P. is enjoying his suddenly extended vacation.

There is still no update on when Prince and Jones will be able to return back to Iran with their team, Azad University Tehan.
