Sunday the Tennessee Titans got their first win of the season, 37-16 over the Jaguars but with little help from DeMarco Murray.

The AFC’s leading rusher from 2016 stood on the sideline for most of the second half. His back up Derrick Henry ran for 92 yards on 14 carries and got the Titans first touchdown on the day.

Head coach Mike Mularkey mentioned post game that Murray had aggravated his hamstring injury, which kept him out of most of the preseason. Monday at his press conference, Mularkey offered an update.

Mularkey said both hamstring injuries are about the same. And said he felt it on the sideline and agreed with coaches to hold him out.

Murray finished with 25 yards on nine carries and had one catch for three yards.

Henry looks fresh and solid. The Titans will need a strong presence in the run game against Seattle’s top notch defensive front next Sunday.
