The Tennessee Titans (6-3) defense kept their team in the game against another tough AFC North opponent in the win over the Cincinnati Bengals Sunday afternoon.

Rookie corner Adoree’ Jackson said the defense put the team on their backs, and it is just like an old saying that he has heard through the years.

The Titans 18th-overall pick in the 2017 draft played one of his best games of the season against wideout AJ Green and Co.

He added two tackles, two passes defended and a tackle for loss in the win, which keeps the Titans tied for first place in the AFC South.

Jackson also rushed for 30 yards on three carries. He is proving those wrong who said he wasn’t worth the 18th pick.
